What is left testicular varicocele?

Left spermatic varicoceles are also commonly referred to as left spermatic varicoceles, which is a very common condition caused by obstruction of venous blood flow. Depending on the severity of the varicose veins on the left side, they can be classified as mild, moderate or severe. Severe varicocele can often be found as a distinctly tortuous mass of veins on the surface of the scrotum. Varicose veins can cause stagnation of blood in the testicles, and a large amount of venous blood can accumulate in the testicles, which can cause hypoxia in the testicles due to the low oxygen content in the venous blood, affecting the spermatogenic function of the testicles and causing a decrease in semen quality. For patients with varicocele, a routine semen test is usually required. Mild varicocele can be treated by conservative methods. Severe varicocele can be treated by surgery.
