1.Heavy symptoms, affecting life and work, ineffective by non-surgical treatment; or heavy symptoms, unable to accept traction and other non-surgical treatment; 2.With extensive muscle paralysis, hypesthesia and cauda equina damage, with complete or partial paraplegia; 3.With severe intermittent claudication, mostly accompanied by spinal stenosis; 4.Combined lumbar isthmus discontinuity and spinal slippage; 5.For young and middle-aged patients with recurrent episodes, the indications for surgery can be relaxed appropriately in order to restore labor capacity as soon as possible.
