Why is it difficult for chemotherapy to kill tumors?

Nowadays, in the period of high incidence of tumors, many tumor patients have not shrunk or disappeared after chemotherapy, but their disease has developed, their body condition has deteriorated, and their pain has increased, and many patients who have had their tumors removed have metastasis and recurrence while undergoing chemotherapy. In theory, chemotherapy can kill tumors, but in practice, it is difficult to see good results, especially in organ tumors. Generally speaking, for tumors larger than 2cm, such as lung cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, intestinal cancer, pancreatic cancer, etc., chemotherapy basically cannot kill them. Because the blood supply of cancer is obstructed, chemotherapy drugs can hardly reach the lesion and will not stay in the tumor, but just pass by. On the other hand, the patient’s condition deteriorates, such as pain, ascites, pleural fluid, emaciation, bleeding, inability to pass urine and stool, inability to eat and digest, inability to walk, etc. In the middle and late stage tumor patients and patients who have undergone 6 courses of chemotherapy should turn to TCM treatment to improve their own physical fitness and cancer resistance, otherwise life will not be long.
