High blood pressure generally refers to high systolic blood pressure, which may be caused by dietary habits, obesity and other physiological reasons, primary blood pressure, renal parenchymal diseases, arteriosclerosis and so on. 1. Physiological reasons: If you eat high salt and high fat food for a long time, it may cause water and sodium retention, affecting the stability of blood pressure, and the phenomenon of high systolic blood pressure; if you are obese, it may also cause instability of blood pressure, resulting in this phenomenon. 2. Elevated primary blood pressure: systolic blood pressure ≥140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥90mmHg is called hypertension, which is mainly related to certain diseases, drinking and smoking, long-term stress and other factors, and various types of hypertension are most commonly associated with increased systolic blood pressure. 3. Renal parenchymal diseases: it is one of the most common secondary hypertension, and common renal parenchymal diseases include acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic pyelonephritis and so on. 4.
