Elibrin dosage

Eribulin is known generically as eribulin mesylate and is an injection. The usual dose administered is (in a 21-day course): 1.4 mg/m2 given on days 1 and 8. Erizibulin mesylate, currently available only as an injection (shot), is indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer who have been treated with at least 2 chemotherapy regimens. Erizibulin mesylate is dissolved in 5% ethanol aqueous solution by volume at a concentration of 0.5 g/mL, and is administered as a 21-day course of 1.4 mg/m2 on days 1 and 8, respectively, as an intravenous injection over 2 to 5 minutes. It is important to note that the contraindications to eribulin mesylate are unclear. Common adverse reactions are neutropenia and leukopenia, while perceptible adverse reactions include nausea, malaise, and diarrhea.
