1A2 invasive lung adenocarcinoma generally does not require the use of Ensatinib. 1A2 invasive lung adenocarcinoma belongs to early stage lung adenocarcinoma, and radical surgery is generally preferred to remove the tumor of lung adenocarcinoma if the patient is able to exclude contraindications to surgery, and generally most patients do not need to be given other therapeutic measures, such as chemotherapy and targeting, after surgery. If surgery is not possible, radical radiotherapy can also be considered to control lung adenocarcinoma. Ensatinib is a kind of targeted drug used for treating advanced lung adenocarcinoma with ALK gene mutation, which is generally not used in the treatment of early lung adenocarcinoma. Moreover, for advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients with ALK gene mutation, Ensatinib is currently a second-line drug, which is used for the patients who have progressed after the first line of targeted drug treatment or who can’t tolerate the side effects. The drug should be used under the guidance of doctors, avoid self-medication.
