What to do about bleeding foreskin

Circumcision bleeding is recommended to observe the location of the bleeding, whether it is post-surgical bleeding or bleeding due to trauma or sexual intercourse. If the bleeding is post-surgical, the trauma bleeds very little, and the majority of the bleeding can be controlled by applying pressure with a cotton swab and then dressing. If the bleeding is more frequent and there is a hematoma under the foreskin, in this case it is recommended to go to the hospital and ask the doctor to deal with it, possibly removing the hematoma, finding the bleeding point to ligate, and then applying a pressure dressing. If the bleeding is caused by trauma, it should be treated immediately at the hospital. If the bleeding is caused by friction from sexual intercourse, observe whether it is bleeding on the foreskin or the tether. Bleeding on the foreskin can be solved by pressing; if it is bleeding from a broken tether, a tether suture operation must be performed.
