High signal in DWI of lymph nodes mainly means that the activity state of lymph is hindered, which may be caused by lymphitis or malignant lymphoma, etc. 1. Lymphitis: usually caused by bacterial or viral infection, it is a kind of benign lesion in the lymph nodes. It is mainly manifested by enlarged lymph nodes with lymphatic pain, and the examination may show high signal of DWl in lymph nodes. 2. Lymphoma: it is a kind of malignant tumor originated from lymph nodes, mainly due to the gradual increase of lymphoma, causing diffuse lesions, and DWl high signal of lymph nodes will be found through examination.
