Liver fire refers to liver yin deficiency and fire (deficiency of yin and essence in the body, resulting in hyperactive fire), the symptoms of which mainly include dizziness and blurred vision, dryness of the eyes, loss of vision, and so on.
Clinical symptoms of liver yin deficiency and hyperactivity include dizziness, dryness and astringency of the eyes, loss of vision, or vague burning pain in the ribs, heat in the face or flushing of the cheekbones (redness of the cheekbones on both sides of the face), heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of heat in the heart and chest), flashes of heat (a burst of heat), night sweats (sweating abnormally after falling asleep, and waking up and stopping the sweating), and so on.
Patients with liver yin deficiency and hyperthermia are advised to have a regular work and rest schedule, pay attention to rest, and avoid overworking and staying up late. Usually, we should do appropriate exercise, such as walking, five birds play, eight brocade, taijiquan, etc.. Regular diet, pay attention to balanced nutrition, try to avoid spicy and stimulating food.
