Chest pain after drinking too much alcohol is not excepted as a result of induced coronary artery spasm. In addition, some patients who have consumed too much alcohol may experience gastrointestinal irritation, a burning sensation in the upper abdomen, and pain in the chest area. The patient can also be instructed to drink more water, and an electrocardiogram should be performed. If there are obvious changes in myocardial ischemia, medications to improve coronary artery blood supply should be given if necessary, and blood pressure and heart rate should be monitored. Patients with underlying diseases should also be treated systematically.
