Tactile fibrillation enhancement is mainly seen in diseases with solid lung changes, such as severe lung infections, pulmonary pneumothorax, and lung tumors, etc. The type of disease cannot be determined from fibrillation enhancement alone, and further examination is required, which can begin with a lung CT or lung X-ray to clarify the cause. If the disease is due to pneumothorax or pleural effusion in the lung, the cause of the pneumothorax or pleural effusion should be treated in a timely manner. If the disease is caused by a lung tumor or a large infection in the lung, prompt anti-infection and anti-tumor treatment should be given to avoid delaying the disease due to wrong treatment direction. Try not to exercise strenuously, otherwise it may lead to the aggravation of the disease.
