How to Train for Breathing Exercises

Breathing exercises have a variety of training methods, the common ones include supine breathing method, whistling breathing method, purifying breathing method and so on. 1. Supine breathing method, that is, both hands make a fist at the elbow joint flexion and extension 5 to 10 times. Both arms extend forward and upward alternately, and breathe naturally for 5 to 10 times. Inhale deeply while bending the knees and lifting the arms upward and outward, and exhale when the arms are put back to the side of the body, 5 to 10 times for each group. 2. Whistling breathing method, that is, inhale a big mouth with the nose, and then exhale with the lips as if whistling, 5 to 10 times for each group. 3. Purifying breathing method, standing posture, feet open with shoulder width. Do a deep inhalation through the nose, and at the same time, slowly raise both arms to the top by the side. After inhaling enough air, lower both arms sharply, open your mouth and exhale at the same time shouting “ha”. 5-10 repetitions per group. It is recommended that patients with underlying respiratory diseases should do the exercise under the guidance of a rehabilitation instructor. If there is any discomfort, consult a doctor in time.
