Symptoms of articular nerve injury

The main symptom that patients experience when there is damage to the motor nerve is double vision when both eyes are looking at the same time. Patients may feel dizzy and nauseous, and always have the habit of looking with one eye closed. The pupil is dilated, the pupil’s response to light is lost, the adjustment response is lost, and the eye is slightly protruding. The patient’s eye position may be skewed to one side, commonly to the outside, and the eye may not turn inward or upward, or may be completely restricted. The damage to the articular nerve is usually caused by trauma, or intracranial occupational lesions, or ischemic diseases, so patients should undergo cranial MRI, CT, and systemic examinations.
