Can pre-excitement heal on its own?

Pre-excitation is usually referred to as pre-excitation syndrome, and it is expected that the syndrome usually does not resolve on its own.
Pre-excitation syndrome is a condition in which there is abnormal conduction bypass excitation between the atria of the heart, which in turn causes premature excitation of the ventricles, a type of arrhythmia. Pre-excitation syndrome is not self-limiting, so it cannot heal itself. However, if the patient does not have arrhythmia or other obvious symptoms, and there is no family history of sudden death, this condition usually does not require special treatment.
In cases where symptoms are more pronounced or combined with atrial tachycardia episodes, atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation, active treatment is required. Patients can be treated with drugs such as amiodarone and propafenone under medical supervision. If necessary, electrical cardioversion and radiofrequency ablation can be considered.
