1. Physiological phenomenon

2.Pathological phenomenon
(1) Nasal diseases: Nasal hemangioma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, nasal lymphoma and so on are common, and these diseases often have the symptom of bleeding from nostrils.
(2) Blood system diseases: Hemophilia, leukemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and other diseases are common.
