Adverse effects of Temesartan include anemia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and dyspepsia, which manifest differently depending on individual constitution as well as tolerance.
Timosartan is mainly used clinically for the treatment of essential hypertension in adults. Its main adverse reactions include anemia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, drug allergy, rash, itching of the skin, panic, tardive dyskinesia, insomnia, migraine, and dizziness.
Concomitant use of this product and Aliskiren in people who are allergic to the active ingredient of the product or any of the excipient components, women in mid- to late-term pregnancy, patients with biliary obstructive disease, patients with severe hepatic impairment, diabetes mellitus or renal insufficiency.
Timosartan should be used under medical supervision to exclude contraindications.
