What’s wrong with the painful granules on the inner thigh when pressed?

There are local particles on the inner thighs with pressure and also pain, which may be due to the following two reasons: 1. It may be a local superficial skin swelling, commonly a sebaceous cyst, which is usually caused by a local bacterial chronic infection after the sebaceous glands become blocked. The contents are mainly powdery, inflammatory secretions. Usually, if such cysts are painful, they are more or less inflamed by the infection. If it is powerful, there will also be localized redness, swelling, heat and pain, and even a sense of fluctuation and flow of pus. 2. The lymph nodes on the inner thigh appear enlarged, most commonly due to infection of the surrounding soft tissues, which affects the swelling and pain of the local lymph nodes through lymphatic dissemination. It is also possible that the swelling and pain of the lymph nodes in the inner thigh can be caused by the lower extremities, such as tinea cruris in the lower leg or nail fungus in the toes, and tinea pedis combined with bacterial infection.
