Woke up by the alarm clock heartbeat accelerated how

If a patient wakes up with a rapid heartbeat after being woken up by the alarm clock, this condition is likely to be a simple sinus tachycardia, mostly seen in patients with neurasthenia or cardiac neurosis. It is possible that the patient did not have a good rest during the night and had insomnia and sleeplessness and waking up, and when the alarm clock rings the next morning, it is likely that the patient will experience discomfort in the precordial region and will feel self-conscious panic and palpitations. For such patients, no special treatment is generally needed. If the self-conscious symptoms are very serious and affect normal life, they can be combined with oral drugs that inhibit sympathetic excitability to improve the discomfort. For example, oral metoprolol or bisoprolol can be taken orally, or a combination of Chinese medicine such as heart stabilizing granules can be taken to further improve the discomfort. In addition, patients are advised to have an ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) if necessary to assess for myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia when the heartbeat is accelerated.
