Stroke, i.e., stroke, can be vascularized in some patients. Patients with ischemic stroke are treated by thrombolytic therapy within 4.5h to unblock blood vessels, as well as antiplatelet aggregation, anti-atherosclerosis, and cerebral protection therapy. Hemorrhagic stroke is mainly treated by adjusting blood pressure, reducing cerebral edema, and surgery.
1. Ischemic stroke: within 4.5h after the onset of ischemic stroke, thrombolytic treatment with alteplase can be given according to the doctor’s advice to unblock the blood vessels. When thrombolytic therapy is not suitable, atorvastatin, simvastatin and other drugs can be given to regulate lipids and anti-atherosclerosis; aspirin, clopidogrel and other anti-platelet aggregation; edaravone and other brain-protecting drugs can also be given.
2. Hemorrhagic stroke: the use of vasodilating drugs after the onset of the disease may aggravate the condition. Labetalol, sodium nitroprusside and other drugs can be given to adjust the blood pressure after the onset of the disease; mannitol, glycerol fructose and other drugs can be given to reduce cerebral edema; and surgery can be given in case of serious condition.
Stroke patients should go to the neurology department of the hospital in a timely manner, under the guidance of the doctor’s treatment, the drugs should all be used under the guidance of the doctor.
