Self-immune liver to see which indicator is most accurate

Autoimmune liver is known as autoimmune hepatitis, and no single indicator can diagnose autoimmune hepatitis. The diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis relies on a combination of autoantibodies. Patients with autoimmune hepatitis have abnormal immune function, and the immunological examination is characterized by hypergamma-globulinemia and the presence of circulating autoantibodies. Autoantibodies include antinuclear antibodies, anti-smooth muscle antibodies, and anti-liver and kidney microsomal antibodies. The diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis is made on the basis of autoantibodies and hepatic histologic manifestations only after other possible factors such as viral hepatitis have been excluded. Autoantibodies are not always elevated in patients with autoimmune hepatitis, and the diagnosis cannot be made on the basis of a specific indicator, and these autoantibody abnormalities can also occur in other immune system diseases, such as primary biliary cholangitis, which can also show positive results for antinuclear antibodies and anti-smooth muscle antibodies. Therefore, autoimmune liver does not exist which indicator is the most accurate, suspected of autoimmune hepatitis should go to the hospital in a timely manner to improve the examination, early diagnosis and early treatment.
