Blood blisters in the throat may be caused by eating or drinking food or water at too high a temperature resulting in scalding; eating too hard and spicy food resulting in subcutaneous hematomas; or suffering from respiratory diseases, caused by coughing symptoms; or due to certain blood disorders such as thrombocytopenia. The treatment needs to be targeted according to the different causes and conditions. If non-disease causes small blood blisters in the throat, usually do not need treatment or therapy, within a few days can subside. If it is caused by an acute or chronic disease, it is advisable to consult a doctor to determine the cause and take appropriate measures. If larger blood bubbles appear, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a systematic examination to make a clear diagnosis and follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the treatment, and do not handle it on your own, so as not to cause infection or lead to serious symptoms.
