Postoperative fat liquefaction is treated by cleaning, adequate drainage, regular flushing disinfection and dressing dressing. Postoperative fat liquefaction is a kind of poor wound healing after surgery, mainly due to surgical operation damage to the adipose tissue in the operated area, resulting in partial or complete necrosis and liquefaction of the adipose tissue after surgery. Therefore, it is necessary to clean up and drain the necrotic and liquefied adipose tissue to avoid the collection of liquefied material, which may cause infection and affect the wound healing. During the period of adequate drainage, regular wound irrigation, local disinfection, and sterile dressing of the wound are also needed to avoid wound infection. Postoperative fat liquefaction requires hospitalization and aggressive treatment to promote early healing.
