Where is the uterus located

The specific position of the uterus, which is located in the center of the pelvis with the bladder in front and the rectum next to it behind, is connected to the fallopian tubes at both corners of the uterus and to the vaginal folds below the cervix, forming a channel connected to the outside world. It is an inverted pear-shaped, slightly forward-flexed position that, after puberty, facilitates the flow of menstrual blood during menstruation and is less likely to cause dysmenorrhea. Under normal circumstances, the uterus is not palpable in the abdomen, and only when a foreign body grows in the uterus or in the case of conception does it appear to increase continuously beyond the pelvic cavity. The uterus is a unique sexual organ for women and is indispensable not only for producing menstruation, regulating endocrine secretion in the body and reproducing the next generation, which can be checked by ultrasound.
