Pathologic typing of breast cancer is divided into non-invasive, invasive, rare cancer and other pathological types. 1. Non-invasive breast cancer includes lobular carcinoma in situ and ductal carcinoma in situ, etc., which belongs to the very early stage of breast cancer. 2. Invasive breast cancer includes invasive ductal carcinoma, invasive lobular carcinoma, medullary carcinoma, microinvasive carcinoma and so on. Among them, invasive ductal carcinoma can be divided into several subtypes, such as mixed carcinoma, carcinoma with features of choriocarcinoma, pleomorphic carcinoma, carcinoma with osteoblastic giant cell, etc. 2. Rare pathological types of carcinomas include adenocarcinoma of sweat, mucinous carcinoma, pyogenic carcinoma, tubular carcinoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma, invasive papillary carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, and adenoid cystic carcinoma. Among the above pathologic types, invasive ductal carcinoma and lobular carcinoma are more common in clinic. It is suggested that breast cancer patients should go to regular hospitals for consultation in time so as to avoid delaying their condition.
