Treatment of stomatitis

The treatment of stomatitis begins with identifying the cause, removing the causative factors, and then treating the cause systemically or locally with symptomatic treatment. The first thing you need to do is to find out the cause of the problem. Malnutrition-caused keratitis can be supplemented with vitamin B2, oral multivitamin, strengthen the care of the local corneal area, keep it clean, and you can apply a local wet compress of 0.1% ezacridine lactate and antibiotic ointment such as povidone-iodine or aureomycin ointment. If the intermaxillary distance is too short, the intermaxillary distance can be restored by dental restoration or orthodontic treatment. You can also strengthen your immune system by taking physical exercise. Stomatitis caused by bacterial infection can be topically applied with antibiotics, such as aureomycin ointment or erythromycin ointment topically. Fungal keratitis can be applied topically with miconazole cream or clotrimazole ointment. For specific medication, please refer to the clinical situation and be guided by the doctor’s interview.
