Yellow particles in the eyelids may be due to blepharitis, eyelid stones, fat accumulation and so on. 1. Blepharitis: most of them are caused by staphylococcal infection, with inflammation manifested by redness, swelling, heat and pain in the eyelids. Inflammation of external blepharitis mostly occurs at the eyelid margin near the root of eyelashes, with obvious pain. Inflammation two or three days after the center of the lesion to form a yellow-white pus spot. 2. Eyelid calculus: the hard yellow spots on the lid conjunctiva are formed by the accumulation of epithelial cells or the concentration of mucus, if they don’t protrude from the conjunctival surface, they can be asymptomatic; if they protrude, they will have a foreign body sensation, pain, and so on. 3. Fat accumulation: the lipids secreted by the eyelids can not be discharged normally, and it is easy to form the accumulation of fat particles at the eyelids. There may be other reasons for the yellow particles in the eyelids.
