How to treat the early stage of cerebral infarction

The pre-infarction of cerebral infarction refers to transient ischemic attack, which is usually treated with drug therapy, interventional therapy and risk factor control therapy.
1. Drug therapy
(1) Antiplatelet aggregation therapy: For patients with non-cardiogenic transient ischemic attack, antiplatelet aggregation drugs, such as aspirin and clopidogrel, should be used as early as possible.
(2) Anticoagulation therapy: For patients with transient ischemic attack due to cardiogenic embolism, give anticoagulation therapy, such as warfarin, rivaroxaban, dabigatran, etc.
(3) Volume expansion therapy: to correct hypoperfusion, applicable to hemodynamic transient ischemic attack, such as hydroxyethyl starch.
(4) Thrombolytic therapy: transient ischemic attack is not a contraindication to thrombolytic therapy, so thrombolytic therapy such as alteplase can be chosen according to the specific situation.
(5) Other drugs: For patients with transient ischemic attack with hyperfibrinogenemia, fibrin-lowering therapy such as bacitracin can be chosen. Chinese medicines that activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, such as Ginkgo biloba, also have certain therapeutic effects.
2. Interventional therapy: Transient ischemic attack is caused by lesions of large blood vessels, which can be treated with interventional surgery, such as carotid endarterectomy and stent implantation.
3. Risk factor control treatment: control and treatment of risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking and obesity.
When symptoms of pre-infarction appear, it is necessary to seek medical treatment in time to avoid aggravation of the condition.
Drugs should be used under the guidance of physicians, please do not take them on your own.
