The following aspects should be observed after finger replantation: 1. Observe the color of the limb: if the color changes from red to pale, it indicates that the arterial blood supply of the replanted limb is abnormal. If the color of the limb changes from bright red to dark red, it indicates that there is stasis in the venous system of the replanted limb. Changing from bright red to gray or florid suggests capillary abnormalities in the replanted limb; 2. Observe the limb temperature: if the anastomotic artery diameter of the replanted limb is small or the number is insufficient, the limb temperature can be lower than the normal limb temperature by 2℃. If the temperature is lower than the normal value of 3-4℃, it means that the blood supply of the replanted limb is impaired; 3. Observe the limb tension: if the limb tension suddenly decreases, it indicates that the arterial blood supply of the replanted limb is impaired. High tension of the reimplanted limb indicates obstruction of venous return; 4. Observe whether blisters appear: blisters are caused by obstruction of venous return.
