Sleeping time standards for children

Children’s sleep time standards are divided according to different ages of the month, usually around 10-20 hours, the younger the age of the month, the longer the sleep time, in the specific as follows.

Newborn babies who have not yet reached the age of one month are in the state of sleep or half-sleep all the time, except for breastfeeding; 4-month-old children are in the state of sleep for 16-18 hours; 8-month-old to 1-year-old children are in the state of sleep for 15-16 hours; 1-2-year-old children are in the state of sleep for 13-14 hours; 2-4-year-old children are in the state of sleep for about 12 hours; 4-7-year-old children are in the state of sleep for 11 hours; and 7-15-year-old children are in the state of sleep for 9-10 hours.

The lower limit here is the minimum standard, i.e. the passing line. It is recommended not to set children’s sleep time by the minimum standard, taking the middle value is a more reasonable reference standard.
