The treatment of right bundle branch conduction block mainly focuses on the etiology, as follows: 1. Right bundle branch conduction block itself has no obvious effect on hemodynamics, and there are usually no clinical symptoms, so no special treatment is needed, only regular observation, including review of electrocardiogram and echocardiogram; 2. If right bundle branch conduction block is combined with other conditions, such as syncope, black clouding, or even A-Syndrome, a pacemaker is needed. For complete right bundle branch block, combined with left anterior branch block, left posterior branch block or three branch block, it is easy to progress to complete atrioventricular block, so if surgery is needed, it is recommended to install a temporary pacemaker to protect the heart after surgery. The use of antiarrhythmic drugs may slow down the heart rate, so temporary pacemaker protection may be required.
