What can I do to reduce the risk of miscarriage after pregnancy?

Many infertility patients finally get pregnant after going through a lot of difficulties and the anxiety that comes with it, so what can be done to reduce the risk of miscarriage after pregnancy? The first thing that needs to be made clear is that the risk of miscarriage is not the same as the cause of miscarriage. The causes of miscarriage are complex and it is often difficult to find a definitive cause, so it is difficult to attribute the cause of miscarriage to a particular risk. Many potential or actual risks of miscarriage cannot be changed, but that doesn’t mean we have to sit back and wait for miscarriage to happen; we can work on some factors that can be changed. For example, consume enough vitamins, fresh fruits and vegetables during pregnancy; quit smoking and alcohol; drink less caffeinated beverages; keep your weight within normal limits; avoid delaying your gestational age; reduce stress in your life and work; and maintain a peaceful state of mind.
