1. It can be treated with aminosalicylic acid preparations such as mesalazine and salazosulfapyridine, glucocorticoids such as prednisone and methylprednisolone, or immunosuppressants such as azathioprine.
4. Gastroduodenal ulcer: ulcerative lesions of the gastric mucosa and duodenal mucosa cause left abdominal pain, which can be treated with drugs such as omeprazole, cimetidine, domperidone and magnesium aluminum carbonate.
