Amiodarone hydrochloride tablets are commonly used to treat cardiac arrhythmias, but they also have relative side effects: 1. Patients may experience significant cardiovascular sinus bradycardia, prolonged atrioventricular conduction time, and in severe cases, prolonged ventricular depolarization and repolarization time. 2. Prolonged application of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets may cause secondary hypotension. 3. Patients with thyroid dysfunction, such as those with thyroid insufficiency and hyperthyroidism, may have abnormal thyroid metabolism after taking amiodarone. 4. For a small number of patients, it may also cause secondary pulmonary fibrosis, especially in patients who take the drug for a long time and in large quantities. 5. Patients who take amiodarone hydrochloride may also have liver insufficiency.
