What exercises can be done during physiological period

Women should not do strenuous exercise during menstruation, as strenuous exercise will lead to an increase in bleeding and cause excessive menstruation, in addition, some women will have dysmenorrhea during menstruation, and strenuous exercise may aggravate the symptoms. During menstruation, women are advised to have enough rest and sleep, exercise regularly and moderately, and eat more light, mild and easy-to-digest foods.
