Where should I put the menstrual cramps acupressure patch?

Dysmenorrhea Acupuncture Points Patch should be applied to the acupoints of the secondaries, seventeen vertebrae and the diaphragm.
1. Jioso: It is a commonly used acupoint on the foot solar bladder meridian, located between the posterior superior iliac spine and the posterior median line, directly opposite the 2nd posterior sacral foramen, with the effect of tonifying the lower jiao, strengthening the waist and inducing dampness, and it is an empirically effective point for the treatment of menstrual cramps.
2. Seventeen Vertebrae: this is a meridian point located in the depression below the spinous process of the fifth lumbar vertebra; it can strengthen the lumbar region and tonify the kidneys, and is used for treating menstrual cramps; it is an empirical point for treating menstrual cramps, together with Jisao.
3. Di Ji: This is a qie point of the foot-taiyin spleen meridian, located on the inner side of the lower leg, 3 inches below the yinlingquan, at the posterior margin of the medial edge of the tibia. It can regulate menstruation and stop leucorrhoea (regulate menstruation and reduce abnormally increased leucorrhoea), and is used to treat menstrual disorders and dysmenorrhea.
