Contact lenses, or corneal contact lenses. Before wearing contact lenses: make sure to wash your hands first; make sure to look at the left and right eyes of the contact lens (make sure not to wear the wrong one); make sure that the contact lens is not broken and that there are no foreign objects on it. When wearing contact lenses: Place the convex side of the lens gently on the fingers of your right index hand, gently separate your upper and lower eyelids with your left hand, make sure that your eyes are looking straight ahead and do not turn, and gently place the lens on the surface of the cornea (when wearing contact lenses, it is best to sit at a table with your elbows propped up on the table; at the same time, make sure that no one around you touches you). Remove the corneal contact lens: make sure to wash your hands first; separate the upper and lower eyelids with the thumb and index finger of one hand, pinch and remove the lens with the index finger and thumb of the other hand, and put the removed lens into the container containing the contact lens separately (be sure to distinguish between the left and right). Note: If you experience discomfort such as foreign body sensation, photophobia, or eye pain while wearing contact lenses, remove the contact lenses as soon as possible and do not rub your eyes; if you have obvious eye discomfort, go to the hospital as soon as possible to avoid delaying treatment.
