Pelvic rotation self-correction

Self-correction of pelvic rotation can be achieved by active stretching, but not all pelvic rotation can be self-corrected.
Pelvic rotation is usually associated with prolonged periods of poor posture or exercise, which can lead to structural changes and even functional problems. If the condition is mild, it can be self-corrected by actively stretching the pelvis and the muscles and soft tissues around the lumbar spine to reset the pelvic rotation.
For more severe cases of pelvic rotation, self-correction is usually not possible, and sports rehabilitation with orthopedic manipulation should be considered. Early rest is the main focus, and later on the strength training of the pelvic muscles to improve stability and prevent sequelae.
In daily life, pay attention to maintenance, maintain good sitting and standing posture. Before the pelvic rotation has not been well recovered, do not bear weight too early to exercise, otherwise it will easily lead to further aggravation of the symptoms, or even trigger the symptoms of pain.
