Symptoms of severe PMS

It is more common for patients to have severe PMS, which can be divided into the following symptoms: First, they may experience emotional instability, and may be anxious, sad, suspicious, or even hypersensitive. Secondly, headache and dizziness may occur before menstruation. Normally, this headache is produced on both sides of the head or on one side, and in severe cases, patients may also experience nausea and vomiting. Thirdly, some women may experience breast pain, mostly due to hormonal stimulation, which may occur before menstruation and disappear after menstruation. In addition to these symptoms, PMS may also manifest as changes in appetite, swelling of the limbs, and reluctance to interact with others.
