The pain relievers that can be used in advanced stage of colon cancer include antipyretic and analgesic drugs such as acetaminophen, weak opioid analgesic drugs such as tramadol, and strong opioid analgesic drugs such as morphine. When pain symptoms appear in late stage of colon cancer, the corresponding analgesic drugs are usually chosen according to the different degrees of pain. When mild pain occurs, the antipyretic and analgesic drugs such as celecoxib and acetaminophen can usually be chosen for treatment. Some colon cancer patients with moderate pain can choose weak opioid analgesic drugs, commonly used drugs include tramadol extended-release tablets, codeine tablets, aminophenol dihydrocodeine tablets and so on. For severe pain, strong opioid analgesic drugs are mostly preferred, morphine extended-release tablets, oxycodone extended-release tablets, fentanyl transdermal patches and so on belong to more commonly used drugs. Drugs need to be used under the guidance of a doctor, do not blindly use drugs, so as not to delay the condition.
