This product is a compound preparation whose components are brompheniramine maleate, bromhexine hydrochloride, caffeine, acetaminophen and phenylephrine hydrochloride. Each capsule contains 5mg of brompheniramine maleate, 8mg of bromhexine hydrochloride, 30mg of caffeine, 280mg of acetaminophen and 5mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride.
This medication is contraindicated in patients with asthma or who are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product. It is contraindicated in patients with heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, glaucoma, emphysema, enlarged prostate and depression. It is contraindicated in pregnant women. Do not combine with beta-blockers (e.g. metoprolol), monoamine oxidase inhibitors (e.g. moclobemide).
Do not drive aircraft, vehicles, ships, engage in aerial work, mechanical work and operation of precision instruments during the period of taking the drug. Do not drink alcohol or beverages containing alcohol while taking this product. Use with caution in patients with a family history of asthma. Caution should be exercised in patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency and in patients with gastric ulcers.
