Liver Fibrosis IV and Liver Hardness are two kinds of tests, some diseases even need both tests to clarify the diagnostic results, so there is no such thing as which test is more accurate. Liver Fibrosis IV is a biochemical test, including type III pre-collagen, laminin, type IV collagen, hyaluronidase and so on. It is used to determine whether there is a shift from liver fibrosis to cirrhosis and the degree of liver fibrosis, etc. It is a good indication of the progress and severity of the disease. Liver hardness test is a method belonging to ultrasonography, which uses pulsed elastic waves to detect the hardness and elasticity of the liver, and is mainly used to detect the hardness of the liver and the degree of inflammation of the liver. Therefore, these two tests are completely different and have no comparable accuracy, just different examinations of the tissues and organs being examined. When the two tests are combined, they are more accurate in determining liver fibrosis.
