Chinese medicine to lower blood pressure

Chinese medicine considers hypertension to be the result of blocked circulation of qi and blood (qi and blood), producing symptoms such as flushing or hot flashes on the face, as well as sore shoulders and headaches. The hair dryer warming technique can remove the blockage of qi and blood and lower blood pressure. The most effective acupuncture points are Quchi and Shaohai. Not only is it immediately effective, acupuncture at these two points can also bring down blood pressure. Therefore, regular warming with a hair dryer can also improve the body. Quchi is an acupoint located on the large intestine meridian, which starts at the index finger and travels through the arm, shoulder and face. Stimulating this point can make the flushing or hot flashes on the face subside, K and lower blood pressure. Quchi: When the palm of the hand is placed in front of the chest, there will be horizontal lines at the bend of the elbow, and Quchi is located at the front (outer) side of the horizontal lines. Shaohai is located on the heart meridian that leads from the ring finger through the arm to the heart, and has the effect of inhibiting the heart from being overexcited and avoiding a rapid heartbeat. The Shaohai point is also effective for tinnitus. Shaohai: Located at the end of the transverse stripe created when the palm of the hand is facing up and the elbow is slightly bent (also known as the side of the little finger). A reminder to those currently receiving treatment to lower blood pressure that a sudden interruption of a course of treatment, such as taking medication, would have unthinkable consequences. It is important to continue the treatment and to use a hair dryer to warm the skin. You can also help improve your high blood pressure by making a daily brew of Yishu Tang Fire Hemp Eco Tea, which contains fire hemp, mulberry, cassia seeds, guava fruit, kudzu root and yellow essence, all of which are herbal ingredients that can be consumed for a long time.
