Nutritional dietary therapy for structural and functional impairment of the upper urinary tract

The normal voiding activity is participated by the spinal reflex center and sympathetic, parasympathetic, and somatic nerves. Damage to the central nervous system or peripheral nerves that control voiding function and cause vesicourethral dysfunction is called neurogenic bladder. There are two categories according to the function of the detrusor muscle: (i) hyperreflexia of the detrusor muscle; and (ii) absence of reflexes of the detrusor muscle. Neurogenic vesicourethral dysfunction is a group of dysfunctional disorders of the bladder and/or urethra caused by neuropathy or damage, often accompanied by a coordinated malfunction of the vesicourethra. Neurogenic vesicourethral dysfunction produces complex voiding symptoms, with dyspareunia or urinary retention being one of the most common symptoms. The resulting induced urinary complications are the main cause of death in patients. Patients are advised to eat foods with diuretic effect; foods with improved nerve function; foods with high amino acid content; foods with excessive salt content; foods rich in alcohol; and foods that are dry. Here are a few nutritional dietary treatments for you. 1, chicken head porridge japonica rice 50 grams, chicken head rice (i.e. gravy rice, for the seeds of gravy) 30 grams. Grind the chicken head rice together with japonica rice and cook the porridge. Eat in the morning and evening. 2, duck gizzard skin porridge japonica rice 50 grams, duck gizzard skin (also known as duck inside gold) a, sugar appropriate amount. Wash the gizzard skin, stir-fry or roast it over moderate heat, and grind it into fine powder. Add the powdered duck gizzard skin to the porridge and boil it again. Add one bowl twice a day. Serve as breakfast and dinner, warm. 3, the fairy porridge japonica rice 100 grams, 60 grams of yam, gravy seeds 30 grams, leek seeds 15 grams, sugar appropriate amount. Peel and slice the yam, and pound the gravy seeds into slag. Put the gravy seeds, leek seeds and round-grained rice into a pot and cook the porridge together. When boiling to 60%, add the yam slices and continue to boil until the porridge is thick, add sugar to taste. Eat in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.
