The confirmation of asthma diagnosis includes: i. clinical manifestations; ii. bronchial excitation test or bronchial diastolic test. Clinical manifestations are mainly symptoms such as nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose, coughing and breath-holding after an asthmatic patient is stimulated by cold air, dust mites, perfume and other irritating odors. If these symptoms appear after each irritation and the clinical manifestations are more typical, asthma can be diagnosed at this time. If the clinical manifestations are less typical, a bronchial excitation or bronchodilator test can be performed to further clarify the diagnosis. If the bronchial excitation or bronchodilator test is positive, asthma can be diagnosed.
