Due to the deformity of the ribs, the patient will often cough and in severe cases feel pain when breathing. Patients can also go to the hospital and opt for some imaging tests to check the condition of the rib deformity. If there is a continuous bone scab at the fracture site, the fracture line is blurred and disappears, and the continuous bone scab is relatively large, it can indicate that the rib deformity has completely healed. The patient can observe for two weeks whether displacement occurs during movement, and if there is no displacement, it means that the internal deformity has healed.
