CT-guided puncture biopsy preoperative preparation

CT-guided puncture biopsy should be prepared with the following tests: 1, coagulation function: to understand the coagulation time and coagulation factors; 2, blood routine: to understand whether there is severe anemia or platelet hypoplasia, which can lead to coagulation dysfunction and easily complicate bleeding after puncture biopsy; 3, electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound: to assess cardiac function and exclude arrhythmias, severe arrhythmias contraindicate puncture biopsy to avoid 4, chest CT, lung biopsy to assess lung function, ventilation and determine whether there is severe emphysema; 5, CT enhancement: to assess the relationship between the lesion and the surrounding tissues, such as the presence of important blood vessels, to avoid important organ damage during puncture and reduce complications.
