Vision loss can be categorized into pseudomyopia and true myopia. Pseudomyopia can usually be trained back and true myopia usually cannot be corrected through training.
1. Pseudomyopia: It may be due to overexertion of the eyes and ciliary muscle spasm, resulting in non-real refractive error of the eyes. Generally, it can be corrected by training such as eye-rolling method and eye-packing method, or equipped with pseudomyopia glasses such as anti-blue-light glasses and keratoconus glasses under the guidance of doctors to achieve the purpose of correction.
2. True myopia: Usually due to overuse of eyes, inaccurate eye posture, genetic factors and other factors, resulting in vision loss, blurred vision and other symptoms. Generally, it is impossible to achieve the effect of correction through training, and should wear glasses under the guidance of doctors, such as corneal plastic lenses, contact lenses, frame lenses and other glasses, or take excimer laser surgery and other surgical methods to correct.
If myopia occurs, you should participate in outdoor activities appropriately, pay attention to eye hygiene and avoid excessive eye use.
