How to use Turbinaria

Turbinaria is used as a decoction to be taken internally or externally as a decoction to be smoked or pounded.
Turbinaria is the whole grass of the Euphorbiaceae plant, warm in nature, pungent in flavor, belonging to the liver meridian. Turbinaria has the efficacy of dispelling wind and removing dampness, activating blood circulation, relieving pain and detoxification, and can be used to treat rheumatism and paralysis, flexion and extension, cold and dampness feet (numbness, soreness and swelling caused by cold and dampness in legs and feet), lumbar sprains, paralysis, amenorrhea, sores, ringworm and pain, and eczema of the scrotum, etc..
Turbinaria can be used as a decoction for internal use, and can also be used externally as a decoction for fumigation or poultice. It should be noted that pregnant women are forbidden to take Turbinaria.
