The cause of fever and weakness after diarrhea is considered to be acute enteritis, gastrointestinal cold, acute appendicitis and so on. You can give norfloxacin, cefuroxime, montelukast, ribavirin and other medications according to the cause, or give surgical treatment.
1. 2. Gastrointestinal colds: Usually, gastrointestinal colds occur due to viral infections, which can lead to diarrhea, followed by fever, chills, and general weakness. Usually, montelukast can be given to stop diarrhea and ribavirin antiviral treatment.
3. Acute appendicitis: usually because of the appendix lumen with fecal stone, food residues, etc., leading to appendiceal injury, followed by inflammation, leading to diarrhea and symptoms of fever and malaise. Cefuroxime can usually be given as anti-infective treatment, and in severe cases, surgical treatment can be given.
