Sometimes the abdominal pain is very mild, sometimes the abdominal pain is very severe, and there may even be abdominal pain at night. The location of the pain is mainly in the upper abdomen, but it can also be found in the subxiphoid region. Diagnosis needs to perform gastroscopy for examination, usually gastroscopy can find the lesions of the gastric mucosa, and after a clear diagnosis, symptomatic oral medication can be used for treatment. If gallbladder stones are accompanied by chronic cholecystitis, they can also manifest in the chest, subxiphoid process, or even the right upper abdomen, and can be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and other symptoms. Ultrasound examination of the gallbladder usually reveals stones in the gallbladder and chronic or acute inflammatory changes in the wall of the gallbladder, and laparoscopic cholecystectomy is usually required after a definitive diagnosis is made.
